Beginners Guide to Contract Law

Are you new to the field of labor law and labor negotiations? Has it been awhile since you have had to negotiate or interpret a labor contract? Do you need a quick review of the basic principles of contract law? Then grab a cup of coffee and a note pad, turn on your computer speaker, and get ready to learn! In less than an hour you can learn and begin applying the basic principles of contract law.
This training module is only available on-line. It covers five areas that are critical to understanding collective bargaining disputes. The modules include the following:
1.Parties Intention 2.Ambiguity 3.Bargaining History 4.Five Critical Principles of Contract Law 5.Past Practice Doctrine The level of instruction is basic. It is intended for persons who are new to the field of labor-management relations.
Each module takes between 3 and 7 minutes and concludes with a self-test to check for understanding. You can view each training module as many times as you wish within a twenty-four hour period.
The cost is $25, payable by credit card before you begin the first module. Your credit card will only be billed once for all five modules, but the authorization will expire 24 hours after you submit payment. Therefore, please complete the instruction within one day of registering.
