Labor Law and Labor Arbitration - Boston
Boston, MA - October 14, 2010
Conference Description: How much goes into winning a case or an advantageous settlement? The short answer: a sound strategy and practical knowledge of the legal and arbitral principles. At this conference, the faculty will cover both. They are among the top labor arbitrators in the country and they draw upon their years of experience to give a real-world and sophisticated approach to the subjects covered. The conference also features various formats to appeal to different learning styles. Your questions can be answered by the faculty during a session or in a private conversation. There is always more to learn, skills to acquire, and arbitrators to consult. We welcome you to Boston this fall to learn with the best.
